Our Story

Hi, friends!

One afternoon, my daughter came home from school excited to show me the little monsters she had learned to draw in art class. They were silly, colorful, and full of personality.

We sat together and started giving them names and messages. Before long, we had an entire line up of characters each with an encouraging theme to scare away bad feelings (whether it’s nerves, frustration, or just needing a little confidence boost).

What began at our kitchen table has grown into a movement…hundreds of hand-drawn cards and dollars donated. What’s most special is people have been buying extra packs to gift to others: friends, classmates, or neighbors who might need a lift.

For every pack sold, $4 is donated to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through our friend’s Marathon Monday fundraising page. Our goal is to raise $1,000 before the 2026 Boston Marathon in April.
